What is POP?
POP is a gift shop. We create Happy Balloons by stuffing ballons with gifts you select from our gift shop, gifts you provide, or tell us your budget and let us go crazy!.
What type of gifts do you provide?
With the shortage of suitable gifts on the island, our gift shop provides unique and trending gifts for all occasions and for all ages.
We do the gift shopping so you don’t have to.

What can you stuff in a Happy Balloon?
We can stuff a variety of small items in our Happy Balloons; the possibilities are endless!

Can I provide my own gift to stuff in a Happy Balloon?
Yes, you can provide your own gifts and we will build your Happy Balloon with that gift. Be sure to contact us to see if your gift is suitable.
In this instance, you will only be charged the setup fee.
If you are providing a gift to add to items selected from our gift shop you will be charged the setup fee and the cost of the items you select from our gift shop.
What makes a Happy Balloon so special?
Gift wraps and bags are boring!. The recipient of your Happy Balloon will know that you put thought into their gift and that they are worth it. Your recipient will also have the excitement of POPPing his/her Happy Balloon to retrieve the goodies inside. A Happy Balloon is also an attention grabber and makes a great selfie!
Am I required to make a deposit on a Happy Balloon?
Yes, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit on every Happy Balloon. You can make your deposit in cash, via bank transfer/deposit, or via Paypal.

Where can I collect my Happy Balloon?
You may collect your Happy Balloon at our location in Goodlands, Castries or we can deliver it to you in the city center for a small fee. Deliveries outside the city center will be based on location.
Do you offer delivery services to the recipient of my Happy Balloon?
Yes, we can surprise the recipient of your Happy Balloon for a small fee. We may also get the event on camera.
How much is a Happy Balloon?
Our Happy Balloons start at $50.00, which is our setup fee for a starter Happy Balloon. (Balloons, confetti, ribbons, stickers)
However, the Happy Balloons are priced based on the added gifts you choose from our gift shop or your budget.
A set-up fee of $50 is added to every Happy Balloon with added gifts..
E.g. A Happy Balloon stuffed with a Plush Teddy, Confetti, Ribbons, stickers and Smaller Balloons would cost Teddy ($35) + Starter Happy Balloon($50)= $85.00
How do I pay for my Happy Balloon?
You can pay for your Happy Balloon via cash, bank transfer/deposit, or Paypal. Please contact us.
Are your prices in EC$?
Yes, all prices in our gift shop are quoted in EC Dollars
You can place an order by calling, email, WhatsApp, Webchat, or reaching out on social media. You may also submit a request via our online form.
Be sure to include item links or the name of the gift, quantities, flavours or scents. You may mix and match different gifts!.

How do I place an order for a Happy Balloon?
How do I get my goodies out of a Happy Balloon?
Simply POP the Happy Balloon with a pin or pointy/sharp object. If the balloon contains fragile or breakable items, place the balloon on a soft or flat surface before popping.
How long does a Happy Balloon last before it deflates?
A typical Happy Balloon can last up to a week before it begins to deflate on its own. The balloon may lose its shine after four days.
The amount of time a Happy Balloon takes to deflate will depend on room conditions, like temperature, and if you are constantly touching the balloon.
We typically require 24hours notice for an order, however, we do understand emergencies and will try to accommodate you. Reach out to us!

There are no returns or refunds on our Happy Balloons. Before stuffing the Happy Balloon, we will send you a photo of the items you selected. Once you confirm, we begin to build your Happy Balloon.
Please inspect your Happy Balloon upon receipt and care for your Happy Balloon after leaving, as it can POP when it comes in contact with a sharp/pointy object. Remember, it is a Balloon. ;)
